Serving Size:
Start with 1/2 a gummy and increase dosage as needed
1/2 gummy = 2.5mg Delta 9 THC & 10mg CBD
Full gummy = 5mg Delta 9 THC & 20mg CBD
Recommended Usage:
Take appropriate serving 30-60 minutes before you want your desired effects to begin. I like to keep it under my tongue for a while before chewing/swallowing, as things absorb quickly through the skin under your tongue.
